Cabbage rolls

Today I'm sharing a new way to cook cabbage leafs.

Ingredients:

- Cabbage leafs
- 250 gr of meat
- 1 cup of Quinoa
- Garlic
- Ginger & chile.
- Soya sauce.

What to do?

- Chop the onions and garlic very small.
- Cook the quinoa for 2-3 minutes on boiling water and squeeze it.
- Mix the meat with garlic, quinoa, 2 tablespoons of ginger, 1 tablespoon of chile mixing and 3 tablespoon of soya sauce.
- Fill the cabbage leafs with the mixture and put them on a baking dish.
- Add 1/2 cup of soya and 1 cup of water.
- Cover with aluminium foil.
- Cook it on the oven 35 minutes at 250ºC.

And voilá, it's very tasty
